  • UK Delivery

    We use Royal Mail / Parcel Force to deliver your items safely and securely. Please allow 2-4 working days.

    Orders over £100 will be free delivery, all orders under will incur a carriage charge of £6.00.

    We offer free delivery on orders within 5 miles of LE8 5UE. (Within 3-5 working days)

  • Returns

    • You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
    • Your item must be in the original packaging.
    • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    We have a wide range of clothing and footwear in store for you to try on in person to find the best fit. A cup of tea or coffee and a warm welcome is always on offer.

    Both Gemma and Sam live and work in the countryside so understand the importance of quality clothing and footwear that won't let you down and have chosen to stock items that can achieve this.
