The upper half is softshell which protects you from the elements, a functional and peak hood keeps you protected, one zipped chest pocket keep gear safe, a long front zip allows ventilation and two zipped hand warmer pockets keep hands and essentials safe. Reinforced elbows and Velcro cuffs together with that long back keep the important parts protected. All in all a great outdoor garments for great outdoor workers.
